Human rights

HUMAN RIGHTS

1. What are human rights?
Human right are freedoms and rights that all humans have the right to have. They can be shared rules of moralities or legal rights.

2. When did human rights start?
Human rights were created in 1948 in Eastern and western Europe but with some contributions from the USA and at in America.

3. Why were they created?
They were created to protect all people in the world and give form of organization starting with freedoms, laws and rights no matter they religion or race.

4. How many human rights are there?
There are thirty human rights.

5. Which human right were you not familiar with?
The human rights that I am not familiar with –No unfair detainment- the right to play and freedom of thought.

6. Choose one human right and discuss:
This human right that I have chosen is ‘We’re always innocent till proven swilty’ and I have chose it because I think that it’s a bad thing that someone could suffer, before or now in time. I also work with this human right because when I read this subject I felt very angry about this, perhaps because I think that it’s very unfair and living with this unfairness makes it worse.
Fortunately, Spain is a country that does not allow this injustice but unfortunately there are countries in the world where the justice does nothing when a crime occurs when there is no evidence.
The worst in that everybody knows about it but they are afraid…
I have chosen this film to comment because we can see the crime of raping but nobody says anything. The name of the film is Bordentown ( Ciudad del silencio. Mexico), based on true facts.
If in the century XXI there are some cities and countries where this happens, this means that in the past, of course, it wasn’t respected.
In conclusion, this right is not complied when government, power and laws don’t exist in a countries… they start to allow crimes without realizing it.
Cheek it:

7. Are Humans rights relevant in the world today? why?
I think that today human rights are very relevant in the developed countries but we know that there are a lot of countries without laws or, and even more, human rights don’t exist in underdeveloped countries. Perhaps this is because of the culture, economy, history or where they are situated.
